I don't just manage processes — I redesign them through digital transformation.
From Céline/LVMH to any system ready to stop wasting potential.
I built my career inside Céline, one of the most demanding luxury leather goods ateliers in the world. Every role was a deliberate choice to raise the bar: from data analysis to PLM engineering, from change management to multi-plant Operational Excellence, with digital transformation as the common thread of every innovation.
My approach is as technical as it is strategic: I enter systems, understand where value dissipates, and design lasting solutions. Lean, digital, artisanal — they are not opposites. They are the same thing, done well. Digitalization is not an add-on: it is the way to rethink every process.
Now I seek contexts where I can build something that truly changes how an organization works, at the intersection of process improvement and digital transformation.
I believe AI is much more than a tool: it is a new form of collaborative thinking. It does not replace human judgment — it amplifies it, challenges it, accelerates it.
I am constantly immersed in the AI ecosystem, from LLMs to autonomous agents, from code generation to structured reasoning. I seek to understand not only how they work, but how they can be integrated into real processes to create measurable value.
Technical curiosity is my engine: prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, intelligent automation — every day is an experiment. Because the future doesn't wait. And I don't intend to either.
There is a character who has always represented my approach to work better than any job title. Mr. Wolf does not panic. He enters, analyzes, prioritizes, acts. No drama, no excuses — just solutions.
In the factory, facing an out-of-control waiver, an urgent ECO, or a process jamming three hours before shipment — that is exactly the mindset needed. Calm, method, speed.
It is not arrogance. It is preparation. I know the systems, I know the data, I know where to look. When the problem arrives, I am already halfway to the solution.
I am not looking for a place to execute. I am looking for a context where I can truly change how things work.
